James Dickson
James Dickson is a Fredericton-based, self-taught, mixed media artist who is inspired by classic fantasy art and contemporary comic art. He has done cover art for GY6 Studios (Got Your Six issue #1) and Sandstone Comics (Dark Coast issues 1-5) and has created sketch cards for Topps and UpperDeck. He is currently the interior artist on Hockey Horror Heroes issue #1, from GY6 Studios, and working on commissions and personal projects. More interior, and cover art, projects are the direction He intends to explore.
Chris Bousquet
By day, Chris Bousquet works as a hydrographic surveyor in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, mapping the ocean floor. By night, and often with a hockey game playing in the background, he can be found working on various indie comics.

While Hockey Horror Heroes marks his debut as a comic writer, Chris has spent many nights on the production side. His work as a letterer can be seen across publishers including GY6 Studios (Got Your Six, Misfit Mercs, Kajibana), Blood Moon Comics (Deliver Us From Evil, Mud & Madness), Draw Rings Studios (Adam), and other indie comic projects.
Chris has also spent years championing Canadian indie creators as a contributor and interviewer for Sequential Magazine and, more recently, GY6 Studios' Panels & Press. He has covered talent across the country, with a spotlight on Atlantic Canada’s comic scene.
Hockey Horror Heroes is his ultimate passion project: combining decades of hockey fandom with his lifelong love of comics.
